Hi, I am Barry McCollom, Realtor and owner of this site, and an agent with KERR LAND Co., a full-service Real Estate brokerage and land development company. I offer BUYERs and SELLERs the opportunity to purchase and sell Hill Country property. My normal trade territory is Kerr County and the six surrounding counties (Bandera, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kimble, and Real) although I do go out further if the search requires it. My inventory of listings consists of in-town residential homes, larger acreage-size homes in the country, rural land tracts, ranches any size, commercial properties, and investment properties. Although I do not offer property management, I do refer these requests to a local Real Estate management firm. In addition to my listings, I have access to all Multiple Listing Service (MLS) properties along with other properties through my Realtor networking. If its for sale, Ill find it for you. I am a life-long resident of Kerrville excepting my 4-year Navy tour 1973-1977. I have been a full-time Realtor since May 1981. My avocation is flying I hold a commercial pilots license with instrument rating and 3400 flight hours.
